We “broke into” Kyalami Circuit to film the first modern Formula 1 hot lap there in more than 30 years—featuring F1 legend David Coulthard, Oracle Red Bull Racing, and a surprise cameo from Red Bull’s first official Spinning athlete.
The piece served as a statement of intent: Red Bull backs the return of an official Formula 1 race to Africa. It also amplified the Red Bull Showrun in Sandton, Johannesburg.
Our aim was to create a cultural reference point—content that publications and broadcasters would turn to when discussing F1’s potential return to the continent—firmly positioning Red Bull at the centre of that momentum.
