I wrote and creatively directed a story where we “broke into” Kyalami Circuit to film the first modern Formula 1 hot lap there in over 30 years—featuring F1 legend David Coulthard, Oracle Red Bull Racing, and a surprise cameo from Red Bull’s first official Spinning athlete.
This was a statement piece: Red Bull believes in the return of an official Formula 1 race to Africa. It also spotlighted the Red Bull Showrun event in Sandton, Johannesburg.
Our goal was to create content that publications and broadcasters would reference when discussing F1’s potential return to the continent—positioning Red Bull at the centre of that momentum.
